1984 Start

1987 Contracted and undertook Xiangban Machinery Factory, formally transformed to enterprise operation and production, with machinery processing as the main.

1993 Founded Yongdefu Machinery Company. This is the 1st leap period of company, with reducer, universal shaft and spare parts of CCM as main business.

1997 Manufactured the first set of CCM, marking the company had formally transformed from hardware fittings to heavy machinery for metallurgy.

2001 Shengli (Fuzhou) Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. This is the 2nd leap period. The company had comprehensive and new development on production scale, technology capacity and management pattern etc.

2007 Relying on Shengli Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and basing on collectivize operation pattern, SHENGLI Company expanded overseas market and financial investment, and established branch companies. The most significant symbol is Shengli (Vietnam) Special Steel Co., Ltd.

2008 Shengli (Fuzhou) Automatic Technology Co., Ltd. and Shengli (Fuzhou) Import & Export Co., Ltd. were founded for business demand, which means SHENGLI Company expanded business scope to electrical automation control technology and foreign trade import & export.

2013 Baisheng Rongxin (Fujian) Finance Lease Co., Ltd. was established, which means SHENGLI Company formally enters the business pattern of entity + finance.

2015 Marched the new three board for rapid development in capital market.President Zhang Chunmin was on the CCTV show “Success for Brand”
